A delegation from Lebanon visited the headquarters of the Women’s Global Coalition for Quds and Palestine in Istanbul

A delegation from the Islamic Union Society in Lebanon visited the Women’s Global Coalition for Quds and Palestine at its headquarters in Istanbul, Tuesday, 27 February.

The delegation was received by Prof. Rabab Awad, Secretary-General of the WGCQP. During the visit, the founding guide and introduction to the Women’s Global Coalition were presented by Prof. Sana Abu Shaaban, Secretary of the WGCQP.

This visit included a presentation of the Family Pledge Project by Prof. Sarah Al-Hanafi, the project coordinator. The Coalition of Women Scholars and Preachers and the Nour Al-Quds were introduced by their respective directors, Prof. Abeer Al-Rahil and Prof. Sahar Jammal. Prof. Jammal also introduced the Coalition of Women’s Institutions.

This visit comes within the framework of networking and joint work to serve the Palestinian cause.

In conclusion, the Pledge of Love presented by the Family Pledge was signed, which is one of the projects of the Coalition that aims to aid and support Palestinian breadwinning women
